about

In this debut release from DJ One Five you're invited to take The Journey from his beginnings growing up in Detroit to where he is now a new artist on the emerging Jack Trax imprint from DJ Pierre's Afro Acid studios in Atlanta. Detroit vs. Everybody is an anthemic Detroit groove and One Five's story for the world as a kid from Detroit where many DJs and artists feel that its them versus everybody. It features Bruce Bailey a Detroit native and House music icon explaining how he felt about the scene and future of the music in the city. Sturtevant Crew highlights the love for the street that One Five grew up on with so many childhood friends that eventually became like family. His porch and house was and still is where everyone comes to hangout. The Sturtevant crew is a big part of One Five's motivation to keep going. Inspired by the movement of people to house and techno Move is a song created with the sole purpose of just getting you to move and lose your mind to sound. Call My Name describes DJ One Fives love for the music which saved his life like many others and has the power to heal make you happy and touch people's hearts in a positive way. At the end of the day you can always depend on good house music to brighten your mood and give you life.
